Returns & Exchanges


 

Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds. We assess requests for exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis, for new and unworn items. If your request is approved, the item must be returned to us unworn and in its original box, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you have an accurate measurement of your ring size before purchasing rings (if you don’t know your size, you can go into your local jewelry store to ask them to measure you for your ring size). We do not offer a ring resizing service. If you have questions about a product regarding size, construction, materials, stone options, etc. please email us and we'll be happy to discuss the item with you before you buy. We use high quality materials of sterling silver, copper, and brass; and our earring wires are always sterling silver. Please be aware of your personal skin sensitivities before purchasing, as we can not take exchanges of goods based on adverse skin reactions after a product has been worn.

Contact about exchanges must happen within 14 days of product delivery. Purchases older than 14 days at time of delivery are no longer subject to exchange assessment. Only new and unworn items will be considered for return/exchange. If approved for return/exchange, item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Shipping costs on any returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Handmade Items:

All of our pieces are created one-by-one, and made by hand. We celebrate the small differences from piece to piece, as they add beauty and humanness to our creations. These differences in no way compromise the quality of an item. You can expect slight variances in stone color/texture/size, and textures of metals.
